INMARE accessories have been rigorously tested in cooperation with the Università Politecnica delle Marche and important pontoon producers to guarantee that every product meets our own stringent comfort and durability standards. The meticulous control of the quality allows us to offer the industries best warranty on the final product.
 
INMARE warrants its products under normal use, in respect to the use and maintenance instructions contained in the technical details and matrix product / boat (tab. A / tab. B) of this catalogue regarding: weight of the boat, speed of the boat while landing, impact angle, impact surface. A valid warranty must also be accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice.
 
MARINE FENDERS
36 months from the date of purchase.
 
MOORING ACCESSORIES
24 months from the date of purchase.
 
BOAT FENDERS
36 months from the date of purchase.
 
INMARE warrants only the value of the item. Indirect damages are not covered.

INMARE warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover intentional damage provoked by people, misuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, alterations, unauthorized repair, unusual weather conditions such as heavy storms, hurricanes, extreme temperatures. The warranty does not cover possible aesthetics defects from wear that does not influence the performance or use of the products.

INMARE MARINE FENDERS
INMARE MARINE FENDERS exclude the use of lateral boat fenders. The warranty does not apply if the boat already has lateral fenders, which could cause the removal of INMARE marine fenders. The warranty does not cover all of the installations which had not used INMARE spare parts or which have not been made by authorized installers.

INMARE MOORING ACCESSORIES
The warranty is void when used with a vessel outside of INMARE recommended guidelines or when assembled incorrectly (tab. B). Follow assembly instructions.

INMARE LATERAL BOAT FENDERS
INMARE LATERAL BOAT FENDERS exclude the use of the marine fenders. The warranty does not apply if the boat moors on floating docks which already have fenders, causing the possible removal of INMARE lateral boat fenders.
